Clearer Skin

How To Get Clearer Skin Naturally?

Having clean and fresh looking skin might seem like a lot of work, a sort of a challenge really. But is it really as hard as it seems? It’s true that some women just have good skin, while other women struggle to keep theirs under control. Nevertheless, there are remedies that can cure even the ‘worst case scenario’. Here are a few steps that would make your skin shine with lush and make you the envy of the neighborhood.

1. Determine Your Skin Type

There are as much skin-types, as there are people in the world. Everyone knows their skin, and treating it should be accompanied by reading and studying of literature, and maybe a few pro tips from me. You may want to consult a dermatologist if you are not sure about your exact skin type (don’t treat your skin unless you know exactly what you are dealing with).

Normal Skin

Those who have been born with no skin abnormalities probably don’t know how truly lucky they are for scoring such a wonderful gift from god. People who have normal skin often don’t suffer from acne and other skin conditions compared to people with troubled skin.

Oily Skin

When we talk about oily skin, the first thing that pops up in my mind is a greasy, 16-year-old teenager that has just peaked puberty. There can be many complications with having oily skin; acne is always a treat, as well as a skinny looking that aren’t all that pleasing to look at. Clay masks work best for exfoliating any greasy particles that might be stuck inside the pores.

Dry Skin

Dry skin is a condition characterized by pale-looking, clammy skin that is almost “ghost-like” in complexion. This type of skin can be best treated using a re-hydrating agent; various lotions and moisturizers. Use cream and mask treatments at least once a day; taking special care in cold and windy conditions.

2. Keeping Hydrated

Water is the essential molecule necessary for all life to exist. Without it, our bodies (and our skin) become progressively damaged and soon more serious problems might follow. Drinking plenty of water will promote healthier skin, and not only will it help you lose weight, but water is considered the best detox agent on the planet. But water is not just for drinking; feel free to wash your face whenever you have the time. Water is naturally absorbed through the skin, actively replenishing its depleted supplies.

3. Eating Right

We need good, healthy nutrients most of all if we ever want to look young, even in our forties. Eating less greasy/sweet foods, and healthier, organic fruits and vegetables will surely benefit the overall tone of our skin. The vitamins and minerals contained inside are essential for keeping the natural chemical balance in our bodies in check. Carrots containing vitamin E are especially good for our skin. You can juice them, blend them, use them in a smoothly or just eat them raw. Avoid cooking carrots, for they lose most of their skin-therapeutic nutrients.

4. Using Natural Cleaning Agents

Cleaning your skin is like cleaning your kitchen – you might use some powerful, store bought detergent; or you can just mix something yourself. If you really care about your skin and your kitchen you would use a natural cleaning agent; because it is healthy and because it causes no damage after multiple uses.
